LD-1059A/B
I. Introduction
LD-1059A/B is a two component epoxy resin adhesive. After fully curing at normal temperature, its incredible performance can withstand strong stress, shock and vibration.
It has good mechanical properties as well as good electrical insulation. It has not only strong resistance to temperature variation,
but also the ability to withstand very high tensile pulling strength. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic and odorless.
II. Application
LD-1059A/B is widely used in the bonding of stone, metal, ceramics and wood.

IV. Cautions
1. Keep the bonding surface clean and dry, free of dust and grease.
2. Ensure to mix the 2 component adhesive by weight ratio, and stir well. Adjust the amount of mixture based on operation speed and ambient temperature.
3. When the relative humidity reaches over 80%, it is recommended to cure by adding heat rather than at room temperature.
4. If permitted, vacuum degassing before applying produces better results.
5. Close the lid of the container well after use to minimize moisture entering into the container causing quality issue.
6. In most cases, applying the thickness of 0.8 mm adhesive at the bonding seam shall be sufficient for bonding.
7. Excess adhesive can be cleaned off with a rag dipped with small amount of alcohol or acetone before fully curing.
V. Storage and Packaging
1. When the product is stored in a dry and cool place away from light, the shelf life is 2 years.
2. Packaging: 1kg/5kg/20kg (PE pail.), 20kg/200kg (iron drum).
